REFUND POLICY

Refund and Cancellation Requests:

-Tickets can be canceled and refunded up to 14 days before the event date.

Event Cancellation or Date Change:

-In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued for the ticket price.

-If the event date is changed, you have the option to transfer your ticket to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, a full refund will be issued.

Ticket Transfer:

-Tickets are transferable. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact us.

Refund Conditions:

-Refunds are only applicable if the ticket was purchased in its original form and within the valid time frame.

-Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
